I was dreading the day we were due to do our Company Business switch over on our Mobile Handsets. Usual work involved, gather quotes, analysis of costs and so on and so on.That is until Alun’s little smiley face entered the office. “Send it all to me he says, I will sort it! “and so, true to his word, he did. Switch over has never been so smooth, Richard gathered up relevant numbers and Pac codes and got us all up and running in no time.It’s great to know you can lift the phone at any time and yell for help, from negotiating the web sites for Bills and add-ons to foreign travellers Data required, and off course the odd malfunction on the Handsets needing immediate repair.
